Yes — a quick one before the three questions, so your matches, résumés and readiness result belong to you rather than to one browser on one machine. You can create it with Google, an email address, or your mobile number.
It works, but it is strongest if you already have some months behind you — the matching has more to read. With zero experience, the readiness check and the programme matter more than the matching does.
No — the opposite. It is built for business roles: sales, marketing, operations, HR and customer success. That is where the programme teaches, too.
You do the job rather than watch someone describe it. You work a real CRM with a simulated intake, and you are graded on what the system recorded — whether you called the lead in time, whether you recorded what actually happened, whether you killed a live lead to clear your queue faster.
